WRF may collect account details, contact information, age-gate confirmations, verification status, profile information, submitted videos or photos, competition entries, comments, support messages, device data, analytics, and transaction records.
Payment card details, identity verification documents, tax forms, and fulfillment data may be handled by approved third-party providers rather than stored directly by WRF.
WRF may use information to operate the site, verify 21+ access, manage accounts, review uploads, score competitions, moderate content, process merch or subscriptions, prevent fraud, respond to support requests, improve the platform, and meet legal or provider requirements.
WRF should collect only what is needed, keep it secure, and avoid promising uses or protections that the launch stack cannot actually support.
WRF may share information with service providers that help with hosting, analytics, storage, moderation, identity and age verification, payments, merch fulfillment, email, security, legal review, tax compliance, and sponsor-award administration.
WRF should not sell personal information as a default business practice without separate legal review and clear user notice.
WRF is not intended for minors. Users under 21 should not access the platform or submit personal information.
If WRF learns that an underage person submitted information, WRF should restrict access and delete or de-identify the information when appropriate and legally permitted.
WRF should use reasonable safeguards for account, upload, verification, payment, and support data. No website or app can guarantee absolute security.
WRF should retain information only as long as needed for platform operations, legal obligations, provider requirements, moderation, disputes, tax records, and competition records.
